Your privacy in the Digital Presence Check

The short version

You can take the check and see your results without giving us any personal details. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to contact us or email yourself the report.

What’s stored in your browser

• Your quiz progress (answers, current step, and a random session ID) so you can pick up where you left off.
• Your business name and industry, if you choose to enter them, so your results can be personalized.
• Campaign details from the link you followed (such as utm_source), if any.
• Your analytics preference, if we ask for one.

This is kept for up to 7 days, and you can clear it anytime with “Restart.” Contact details are never stored in your browser by this site.

What we receive (only if you choose to send it)

• Phone call request: your name, phone number, preferred day, time and time zone, an optional note and, if you leave the box checked, your quiz results (answers, goal, and business name and industry if you entered them).
• Email message: your name, email address, message, and optionally your quiz results.
• Emailed report: your email address (and name, if given), plus your quiz answers so we can generate the report. TigerGrafix receives a copy of your results so they can follow up if you’d like.
• WhatsApp: nothing is sent from this site. WhatsApp opens with a message you can edit before sending.
• Booking a call: handled by our scheduling provider (Cal.com). Only if you tick the box to share them, your quiz results are sent to TigerGrafix with a reference code, and a short summary (biggest opportunity, website status, goal, score, and that code) is prefilled in the booking notes. Your individual answers are never put in a web address. No contact details are collected at that step.

We also receive the campaign source of the link you used, so we know which outreach was helpful.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request: calling you back, replying to your message, or sending your report. If you separately opt in to tips and updates, we may occasionally email you, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe. We don’t sell your information.

Step counter

To see how far visitors get, the site records which steps of the check were reached (for example “question 3” or “results”), with a random session code and the link code you arrived with, if any. It uses no cookies and never includes your answers, name, contact details, or IP address.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we ask before loading them. Events record steps like “question answered” with question and choice IDs. They never include your name, business name, the industry you type in, email, phone number, or message. If we use Microsoft Clarity session recordings, form fields and your business name are masked, and recordings load only after you accept.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 12 months, then delete them unless you’ve become a client.

Services we use

Emails are delivered through our email provider. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider. If analytics are enabled, they’re provided by our analytics service. Each processes data only to provide its service.
